By placing an order through our website, the customer declares to have read and accepted without reservation the present conditions of sale. These conditions may be updated at any time without notice, being applicable those in force at the time of purchase.

3. Products and Availability

Products available for sale at www.tenoira.com are wines produced by Tenoira Gayoso, SAT.
All products are subject to availability. If any product is not available after placing the order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and offer you a solution, such as reimbursement of the corresponding amount or exchange for another similar product.

4. Pricing

All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be shown in detail before finalizing the purchase process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but these changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Form of Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Bizum.

Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed. If the payment is not validated, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Shipping

Scope of shipment: We ship to all the national peninsular territory, for other destinations please contact us.
Delivery times: The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination, generally between 48 and 72 hours for shipments within Spain.
Shipping costs: The costs will be calculated and displayed before confirming the order and are as follows:
- Shipping costs to León:
  - Up to 8kg: 11,54€.
  - From 8kg to 16kg: 15,42€.
  - From 16kg to 24kg: 22,77€.
  - From 24kg to 32kg: 30,12€.
  - From 32kg to 40kg: 37,46€.
- Shipping costs to the rest of Spain (Peninsula):
  - Up to 8kg: 14€.
  - From 8kg to 16kg: 18,82€.
  - From 16kg to 24kg: 28,08€.
  - From 24kg to 32kg: 37,35€.
  - From 32kg to 40kg: 46,62€.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, without justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by e-mail at info@tenoiragayoso.comindicating your order number and the products you wish to return.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return costs will be borne by the customer, except in case of defective product or shipping error.
